Cedar Park Group is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. The Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates based on construction drawings and specifications. This role involves analyzing project requirements, communicating bids and scopes of work, and supporting the Lead Estimator in establishing costs for materials, equipment, subcontracted work, production activities, and labor.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and vendor pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors.
- Monitor budgets and track costs throughout projects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
