Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Boiler Service Technician.
- High School Diploma or greater.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC functions, boilers, chillers, ductwork modifications, and design.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
- Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Stable background/work history is a must for consideration.
