We are currently seeking three skilled Radiologic Technologists (CT/MRI, Diagnostic and Interventional) for a 13-week contracts. 3 positions available. Pay depends on experience and position.
Shift: 8hrs, 5 days
Job Responsibilities
As a Radiologic Technologist - CT/MRI, you will:
- Perform radiographic examinations under the direction of departmental radiologists.
- Greet and explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and understanding.
- Properly position patients and set exposure factors to obtain high-quality imaging.
- Follow strict radiation safety and protection guidelines to minimize exposure risks.
- Operate imaging equipment efficiently and report malfunctions to supervisors.
- Process films and input patient information into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing.
- Adhere to department protocols and policies, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Valid New York State license/registration in Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of one year of CT/MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Looking for GE or Toshiba CT experience
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
