What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Concrete Finisher position at CEDAR PARK MED?
Cedar Park Group is seeking Journeyman Concrete Finishers for immediate openings.
Position Details:
- Starts ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction with concrete experience; must be physically fit
- Must have your own tools of the trade, including an edger, bull float, screed, and must be able to efficiently operate a power trowel
- General tools required: hammer, pliers, screwdriver, tape measure, and tool belt
- Must have all PPE (muck boots recommended for rainy conditions)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and frequently
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat frequently
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Experience in finishing with an edger, bull float, screed, and running a power trowel efficiently is required
