What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Travel position at Cedar Park Med?
Cedar Park Med is recruiting LPNs for immediate openings (Psych and ED units).
Traveler position. Only candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius will be considered.
Must have current NYS LPN license. Will be responsible for vitals, lab draws, blood sugar checks, passing meds, safety companion watches and other tasks as delegated.
Requirements :
Experience using Electronic Medical Records strongly desired.
Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience required.
Peds experience preferred, psych experience is required for Peds Behavior unit.
Prior experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills with patients, family members and other members of the health care team.
