Cedar Park Med is a leading healthcare staffing provider, connecting top medical professionals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking three skilled Radiologic Technologists (CT / MRI, Diagnostic and Interventional) for a 13-week contracts. 3 positions available. Pay depends on experience and position.
Shift : 8hrs, 5 days.
This is a traveler position. Only candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius will be considered. _
Job Responsibilities
As a Radiologic Technologist - CT / MRI , you will :
Perform radiographic examinations under the direction of departmental radiologists.
Greet and explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and understanding.
Properly position patients and set exposure factors to obtain high-quality imaging.
Follow strict radiation safety and protection guidelines to minimize exposure risks.
Operate imaging equipment efficiently and report malfunctions to supervisors.
Process films and input patient information into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing.
Adhere to department protocols and policies, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Valid New York State license / registration in Radiologic Technology.
Minimum of one year of CT / MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Looking for GE or Toshiba CT experience
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
