What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric LPN position at Cedar Pediatrics?
We are looking for a compassionate, efficient, and experienced pediatric LPN to join our practice. A strong work ethic and friendly demeanor are required to be a successful part of our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patient intake including taking vital signs, verifying medical history and updating patient chart
- Prepare and administer injections and medications
- Prepare, administer and document lab work and procedures (lead, hemoglobin, bilirubin, pulse ox, nebulizers, urinalysis, rapid strep, RSV, urine and throat cultures)
- Assist with form completion (physicals, medication consents, daycares, WIC, etc.)
- Prepare, clean and maintain patient exam rooms
- Support providers and check in as needed

Qualifications
- Valid LPN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proficient in patient care and assessment, including vital signs monitoring
- Experience with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Familiarity with pediatric care and working with children

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
