Job Title: Snack Bar Manager
Salary Range: $18-$22/hr. Full-time, seasonal position.
Reports To: General Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule, manage, train and supervise Snack Bar Attendants.
- Generate, maintain and implement procedural checklists and protocols, including cleaning, inventory, ordering.
- Interact with staff, members and their guests in a professional, courteous manner.
- Take orders, prepare and serve food and beverage items.
- Follow ordering and billing processes using a point of sale system.
- Provide customer service, maintain a friendly and helpful attitude and work environment.
- Additional duties, as directed, such as facilities and grounds maintenance, setting up and cleaning up for events, etc.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Regularly required to stand and lift at least 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work in the heat and humidity in a confined area
Schedule and Compensation
- $18-$22/hr, based on experience
- Full-time, seasonal position, mid-May through mid-September. Must work weekends and summer holiday weekends.
