- Design and implement inclusive engagement opportunities, community involvement events, charitable activities, and recognition programs for over 7,000 associates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with associates through effective communication and regular feedback.

- Maintain the cleanliness of event spaces, including tables, pavilions, and food patios.
- Ensure that restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle trash disposal and recycling.
