- In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall experience for all Cedar Point associates by creating, organizing, and facilitating inclusive engagement opportunities, community involvement events, charitable activities, and recognition programs.
- You will focus on company-wide communications, demonstrating ongoing engagement with associates, both individually and in group settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Associate Services Team to create, plan, and execute associate engagement events, including ride nights, associate luncheons, DEI Events, associate recognition, PT & FT Gatherings.
- Distribute clothing and promotional incentives, such as spring weekend wear, Halloweekend gear, and departmental requests.
- Assist daily work assignments and workforce distribution to cover events while meeting all business needs. Includes creating and distributing weekly department schedules.
- Involved with gathering, selecting, creating, and disseminating associate life information, including newsletters, flyers, social media, in-house forums, and assigning staff duties.
