Job Title: Food & Beverage Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of orders at all Food & Beverage locations.
This is a physically demanding position, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a safe working area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between supervision and management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to associates and guests, responding to questions and resolving complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct training sessions on food safety and sanitation, policies and procedures, and other relevant topics, utilizing active learning techniques to engage participants.
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including fork lifts, pallet jacks, and other vehicles, safely and efficiently.
- Process product orders, verify product quality, and deliver items to locations, maintaining accurate records and documenting all transactions.
- Manage inventory levels, identify efficient storage methods, and ensure proper storage requirements for equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
- Retrieve empty containers and perform daily tasks without constant supervision.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and provide guest service according to Six Flags standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to company safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or unusual conditions.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driver's License preferred but not required.
- Strong initiative and commitment to maintaining company reputation and dedication to safety, service, courtesy, cleanliness, and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to utilize problem-solving skills, remain patient, poised, and alert in challenging situations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to optimize productivity.
- Able to learn and communicate policies and procedures quickly, follow detailed instructions, and obtain certification in Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training, ServSafe Training, and ServSafe Alcohol Training.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Able to pass mandatory drug tests and background checks, per Company policy.
