Role Overview
The Associate Life Area Supervisor plays a critical role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for leading the Associate Services Team in the creation, planning, and execution of various associate engagement events.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Execute various associate engagement events, including ride nights, associate luncheons, DEI Events, associate recognition, PT & FT Gatherings.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the Associate Services Team, management, and associates to ensure successful event execution.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues that may arise during event execution.
