We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Lead to join our team at Cedar Point. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for leading mechanical maintenance activities and ensuring the highest level of ride reliability and performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical maintenance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance policies and procedures to ensure ride reliability and performance.
- Analyze costs and schedules to ensure accuracy and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to improve attraction reliability and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid US driver's license and 5 years of supervisor and/or leadership experience, with demonstrated mechanical/electrical maintenance experience and supervisory/management experience.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, UKG, and JDE.
