Job Overview
We offer an hourly rate of $18 and are open to applicants aged 18 and above.
Working in a housekeeping role at Cedar Point is a fun experience, as you will ensure that our guests check into clean rooms and provide them with memorable service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying dirty linens from guest rooms to the laundry area for processing.
- Cleaning hotel rooms and public areas using various chemicals to ensure cleanliness.
- Using a vacuum daily to maintain floors.
- Collecting trash from containers, picking up trash items in hotel rooms, and public areas.
- Making beds to create a neat and presentable appearance.
- Restocking supplies such as shampoos, conditioners, and soaps in guest rooms and storage areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas and reporting any unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
- Providing guest service according to our standards when serving guests or working with coworkers.
You will also be responsible for cleaning all common areas within the resort, including public spaces, mopping and sweeping floors, vacuuming, and dusting.
