Job Summary:
Cedar Point is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Services Support Associate.
- In this role, you will provide critical support to the Associate Services Team, ensuring seamless execution of associate engagement events, community involvement activities, and recognition programs.
- You will work closely with the team to distribute clothing and promotional incentives, manage event logistics, and maintain accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Associate Services Team to plan, coordinate, and execute associate engagement events, including ride nights, associate luncheons, DEI Events, associate recognition, PT & FT Gatherings.
- Manage the distribution of clothing and promotional incentives, such as spring weekend wear, Halloweekend gear, and departmental requests.
- Assist with daily work assignments and workforce distribution to cover events while meeting all business needs. Includes creating and distributing weekly department schedules.
- Involved with gathering, selecting, creating, and disseminating associate life information, including newsletters, flyers, social media, in-house forums, and assigning staff duties.
