Responsibilities
As an IT Technician, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. You will assist with questions and problems related to hardware, software, POS equipment, and network-related inquiries.
- Assist with questions and problems related to hardware, software, POS equipment, and network-related inquiries.
- Unpack, configure, install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and any accompanying peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices.
- Assist with configuration and testing of new hardware and software implementations.
