About Us
Cedar Property Group (CPG) is a dynamic real estate investment company specializing in property acquisitions, renovations, and management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to oversee bookkeeping, billing, file organization, vendor payments, and utility management for our properties.
ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Billing
- Maintain accurate financial records and process accounts payable/receivable
- Generate invoices and track payments from tenants, clients, or vendors
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Assist with basic financial reporting and budgeting
Administrative & Organizational Tasks
- Organize, maintain, and digitize company records and property files
- Ensure all contracts, leases, and purchase agreements are properly stored and accessible
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries related to office and property management
- Assist Company owner with scheduling and weekly to-do lists
Property Utilities & Vendor Coordination
- Set up, transfer, or cancel utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.) for investment properties
- Communicate with third-party vendors, including contractors, landscapers, and maintenance providers
- Process and track vendor payments, ensuring timely disbursement
- Assist in managing work orders and coordinating property repairs or upgrades
Requirements
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or real estate-related roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and property management is a plus
Compensation
Pay is based on prior experience in similar roles and will be discussed during the interview process.
