CRBT is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at our F Ave location. The preferred candidate for this position will possess the ability to achieve success as an independent contributor with minimal direct supervision and oversight, as well as a collaborative teammate within CRBT's F Avenue Branch and Retail Department, all CRBT internal and external clients and partners, and the CRBT organization as a whole. This position represents CRBT by upholding our Client Service Commandments. Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all Bank products and services to determine which best meets the client's financial needs. The Assistant Brach Manager is responsible for the successful promotion of bank products and services including introducing new products and the expansion of current products, while also assisting in overseeing all aspects of operations within the branch including providing leadership, coaching, and management of all Retail and Client Bankers. In addition, this individual provides direct leadership and management for retail bankers and teller.
To be considered for this position applicants must have one to three years of supervisory experience and proven success of providing leadership for and managing retail or consumer bankers/tellers.
