The salary for this position ranges from USD $28.00 to USD $33.00 per hour.
Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Cedar Ridge Center - WV, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition. You will contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
