What You’ll Do as Activity Director:

Design and implement engaging, person-centered activity programs tailored to resident interests and needs

Lead both individual and group activities, including games, arts & crafts, music, and community events

Maintain a comprehensive monthly calendar of events for residents and families

Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative staff to ensure activities support the overall care plan

Participate in resident assessments and contribute to individualized care planning

Ensure activity supplies are stocked and organized

Supervise activity assistants and volunteers

Perform administrative tasks and reports as required by leadership

Foster a warm, energetic, and fun environment that enhances resident quality of life
What We’re Looking For:

2 years of relevant experience, ideally in long-term care (open to other backgrounds—tell us your story!)

Creative and enthusiastic personality with a passion for senior engagement

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Positive communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting

Ability to adapt, multitask, and maintain a resident-first mindset
