Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking a Maintenance Director to join our growing team!

We are seeking a Maintenance Director to join our expanding staff at our skilled nursing facility. You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.
Your Job
- Responsible for the general maintenance of the facility, including all common areas, resident rooms, grounds, equipment, and mechanical
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
- Lead by example and maximize each resident’s quality of life
- Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
- Comply with all safety and health regulations

Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking

Who You Are
- High school graduate or GED
- 2 years of related experience (Have other qualifying experience? We want to hear from you!)
- Motivated and organized team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management/organizational skills
