The driver will ensure timely and efficient delivery or transit, maintain their vehicle, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate vehicles such as trucks, vans, buses, or rideshare cars to transport goods or passengers to designated locations.
- Plan and follow optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries or arrivals.
- Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Load and unload cargo (if applicable) safely and securely, ensuring that goods are delivered without damage.
- Maintain accurate records, including delivery logs, route reports, and maintenance checks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with passengers or clients.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Address any issues or concerns from passengers or customers in a professional and courteous manner.
