Chief Nursing Officer OpportunityCedar Ridge Hospital & Cedar Ridge Behavioral at Bethany provide inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization services to children, adolescents and adults from the Oklahoma City area in two distinct campuses. Cedar Ridge Hospital is the 116-bed main campus offering inpatient acute and residential services to children and adolescents spread across a beautiful 40-acre campus. Cedar Ridge Behavioral at Bethany is a 56-bed inpatient facility that has 3 units for individuals over the age of 18 with severe mental illness that is impacting their ability to function.The Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the Cedar Ridge & Bethany Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a hands-on approach and keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The CNO participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.
