Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the checkout person and someone in charge of going over treatment plan cost with the patients, providing exceptional customer service and managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, dental insurance knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Checking patients out and reviewing treatment cost with them.
- Managing the office schedule and the doctor and staff's schedule.
- Run production and collection reports at the end of every day, and balance money collected through out the day.
- Run production and collections reports at the end of every month.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient registration processes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
Skills
- Proficient in office management and administrative duties.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office management practices.
- Experience with dental codes and Tab32 software is a plus.
- Ability to perform insurance verification efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
