Cedar Valley Community Support Services, Inc. (CVCSS) has an immediate opening for a Program Coordinator in our Cedar Rapids Office. This position is responsible for managing the daily services of their assigned members and coordinating services with the member’s interdisciplinary team (IDT), completing accurate and thorough assessments of their members’ strengths and barriers and provide support to achieve program goals. Duties also include being a leader to Direct Care Professional staff through supervision and support of their scheduled times with members to assist the member with achieving their independent goals while also ensuring the agency’s financial success.
A minimum of 2 years of Human services/social work experience, preferably in HCBS is required. High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a good driving record is required. All position related/required training is provided.
*Associates/Bachelor's degree and previous supervisory experience, in a HCBS setting is preferred.
Hours are typically Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm but there is a lot of flexibility for this position!
Wages start at $16.50/hour and are contingent on experience and education with no hourly maximum!
