We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Nephrology Clinic team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management and prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Iowa
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
