- Oversee daily operations of the orthopedic clinic, including managing staff, and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and patient outcomes
- Provide oversight on clinic budget and financial performance, including billing and collections
- Establish relationships with outreach clinics and surrounding hospitals
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders

Requirements
- RN/BSN or bachelors degree in healthcare management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an orthopedic setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
