Job Description :
- Review and adhere to the credentialing checklist prior to application.
- Must provide a current resume and three professional references.
- Conduct criminal background checks including county-level (last 7 years), federal-level (7 years or more), and multi-state search (7 years or more).
- Perform nationwide sex offender search for last 7 years.
- Complete HHS / OIG, GSA, and SAM Searches.
- Conduct a social security number trace.
- Position requires a thorough understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Bilingual capabilities and holiday coverage are not required.
