JOB OPPORTUNITY
Cedar Corporation is a growing company, that offers a professional, yet flexible work environment. We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, self-starter to join our team as an IT Specialist in our Green Bay or Menomonie, WI office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Windows Servers – Cluster, WSUS, OS updates
- Maintain workstations – software and OS updates
- Monitor and Maintain SonicWall Firewalls and Access Points
- Active Directory – managing accounts and computers
- Monitor equipment including, but not limited to, computers, copiers, printers, AV systems, office and mobile phones.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with computers, applications, and peripherals to help the team maintain their workflow
- Maintaining relationships with hardware and software vendors
- Assisting with IT projects, including planning, implementation, and testing
- Enforcing security policies, managing user access controls, and implementing data protection measures
- Capital improvement planning
QUALIFICATIONS
- MCSA Microsoft Certified System Administrator
- Bachelors degree in Computer Networking and Information Technology
- 5 years of professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience with troubleshooting workstations
- Familiar with Microsoft Azure/EntraID and Intune
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server
- Experience in the professional consulting field is preferred.
