Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for its SNF Facilities (2 Locations: Allentown & Fountain Hill) operated by County of Lehigh.
Description:
This is professional Nursing Homework providing resident care activities in a county nursing home facility. A position in this class is responsible for resident care, the provision of ancillary services, and the coordination of medical, nursing, social and related services. A position in this class promotes the physical and mental health of residents by applying the nursing processes, which is done as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
We pay based on experience! -$2.00 extra differential if certified for 5 Years!!!
*NEW RATES COMING JANUARY 1st, 2025, PER SEIU UNION CONTRACT: $27.73/hr for FT/RPT*
Full-time (80hrs), Regular Part-time (48hrs)
- $27.19/hr PLUS applicable differentials.
- Certified for 5 years? If so, add $2.00/hr differential.
- Generous FT/RPT shift differentials- 2nd $4.00, 3rd 2.50, Weekend $3.00!!
- All require weekend and holiday rotation.

- Licensed Practical Nurses: Weekend program RPT Position (benefit eligible)- Rates: $27.19/hr plus weekend differential pay every Saturday & Sunday as well as 1-2 days/week, holiday rotation, 8 hr shifts.
Lucrative PRN Positions (non- benefited)
- PRN Positions avail $32.51-$37.98/hr
- Very Rewarding Week Program: Rates:$42.82-$46.10/hr 8 HOUR SHIFTS. WORK 48 OUT OF 52 WEEKENDS. 1 SUMMER AND 1 WINTER HOLIDAY REQUIRED.

Requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania DOH Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
