Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for its SNF Facilities (2 Locations : Allentown & Fountain Hill) operated by County of Lehigh.

Description :

This is professional Nursing Homework providing resident care activities in a county nursing home facility. A position in this class is responsible for resident care, the provision of ancillary services, and the coordination of medical, nursing, social and related services. A position in this class promotes the physical and mental health of residents by applying the nursing processes, which is done as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

We pay based on experience! -$2.00 extra differential if certified for 5 Years!!!

NEW RATES JANUARY 1st, 2025, PER SEIU UNION CONTRACT : $27.73 / hr for FT / RPT

Full-time (80hrs), Regular Part-time (48hrs)

27.73 / hr PLUS applicable differentials.

Certified for 5 years? If so, add $2.00 / hr differential.

Generous FT / RPT shift differentials- 2nd $4.00, 3rd 2.50, Weekend $3.00!!

All require weekend and holiday rotation.

Licensed Practical Nurses : Weekend program RPT Position (benefit eligible)- Rates : $27.73 / hr plus weekend differential pay every Saturday & Sunday as well as 1-2 days / week, holiday rotation, 8 hr shifts.

Lucrative PRN Positions (non- benefited)

PRN Positions avail $33.16-$38.70 / hr

Very Rewarding Week Program : Rates : $43.68-47.02 / hr 8 HOUR SHIFTS. WORK 48 OUT OF 52 WEEKENDS. 1 SUMMER AND 1 WINTER HOLIDAY REQUIRED.

Requirements :

Current Pennsylvania DOH Licensed Practical Nurse license.

Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
