Busy Property Management Company looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager.
Responsibilities/Qualifications include:
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations of the communities
- Respond to client's email and phone correspondence in a timely, professional manner
- Work with vendors and contractors
- Attend Board Meetings as needed
- This position is required to be on-site at 2 properties weekly - Monday (Location is Cliffside Park) & Tuesday (Hackensack) for 1/2 day. Wednesday - Friday will be at our main office in Fairfield.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Previous experience in property management field (or related) required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
