As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Director of Property Managers to oversee a team of property managers and drive operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of properties.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Director of Property Managers to lead, mentor, and support a small team of property managers responsible for multiple properties in the region. This leadership role involves managing day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing property performance, and achieving company objectives. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, a strong problem solver, and a proactive leader and motivator committed to delivering the highest standards of property management.
This position is hybrid but will include traveling to the properties 3-4 times per week. The other days are concentrated on administrative work and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and operations of a team of property managers responsible for a portfolio of properties in the region.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to property managers, ensuring they meet performance targets, uphold company standards, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, client retention, and property performance.
- Collaborate with property managers to create and manage property budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
- Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet maintenance, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Foster strong relationships with Board Members, Homeowners, and vendors to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operations by providing leadership and guidance, acting as an experienced advisor providing insights and solutions to relevant issues and following through on commitments with transparency and honesty.
- Analyze financial performance reports and recommend improvements to maximize profitability and efficiency across the portfolio.
- Assist property managers in resolving escalated Homeowner concerns, maintenance issues, and operational challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations to ensure continuous improvement within the team and the properties managed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [6] years of experience in HOA/Condo property management, with at least [2] years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of property managers or similar professionals.
- Strong understanding of property management processes, financial management, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
