Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Nursing Practice: Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
Organizational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
People Management: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
Safety and Risk Management: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
Interdisciplinary Relationships: Collaborate effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals to optimize resident care outcomes
Financial Management: Manage budgetary resources effectively, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality care standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willing to obtain BSN within two years
- Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum of ten years' experience in nursing, including three years in a leadership role
- Experience with individuals with multiple complexities and/or chronic health conditions preferred
- Demonstrated strong clinical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Experience in pediatrics and/or long-term care is advantageous
