Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Cedars Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing community dedicated to providing high-quality care for seniors. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment and perform routine checks of vital signs
- Ensure patients take their medication as prescribed
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
- Liaise with patients' families to provide updates and support
Qualifications
- Active/Unrestricted LPN license
- Computer skills/PCC preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Love for seniors
