Fulfilling Role:
As a Clinical Partner, you will be responsible for delivering patient care to specialty patients, providing personal nursing care, and performing routine tasks under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Patient Care Responsibilities:
- Provides nursing care and performs assigned tasks under RN direction
- Participates in implementing patient care plans under RN supervision
- Safely uses restraints interventions directed by charge nurse or primary RN
- Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, recording intake and output, dispensing/retrieving patient care supplies
- Accompanies patients for tests/procedures and assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Requirements:
- One year of experience as a CNA in a hospital/medical center preferred
- Basic Life Support Certification approved by the AHA or ARC: Required
- Valid California CNA Certification: Required
- High School Diploma or GED: Required
