As a Clinical Partner on our 3 South Short Stay Unit, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You'll assume responsibility for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care for our specialty patient population.
As a Clinical Partner, you'll provide personal nursing care and perform routine assigned tasks under the direction of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). You'll also be responsible for participating in the implementation of patient care and contributing to the plan under the supervision of the RN. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
