What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Program Director position at Cedars-Sinai?
We are seeking a Pharmacy Program Director to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Allied Health programs. In this role, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for our clinical program within the Allied Health School, developing and implementing strategic plans for program growth and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in researching industry trends, establishing program direction, and creating policies, tools, and resources to support students. As part of your responsibilities, you will lead accreditation efforts, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and national requirements, while preparing for and guiding accreditation reviews and site visits.
This role is designed to be 100% onsite, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with your team and immerse yourself in the energy of our workplace. Please note that hybrid or remote work options are NOT available for this position at this time.
You will also oversee the admissions process, setting criteria, evaluating applications, and driving recruitment efforts aligned with our DEI initiatives. Additionally, you will establish key performance metrics to advance program growth, including student recruitment, marketing, and promotions. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctorate Degree of PharmD.
- 5 years of Clinical and / or technical experience in hospital setting.
- 3 years of Teaching, precepting and / or mentoring experience.
