Cedars-Sinai Health Sciences University (HSU) is seeking a dedicated and visionary leader for the position of Allied Health School Respiratory Therapy Program Director. As an integral part of the Cedars-Sinai Allied Health School (AHS), this role will oversee the management and direction of the Respiratory Therapy Program, driving educational initiatives that promote innovation, community partnership, and program development.
The Program Director will provide strategic leadership while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and managing resources effectively. This position requires a student-centered approach, fostering an environment of mentorship and support for both educators and students. In collaboration with HSU and AHS leadership, the Director will also oversee the recruitment and selection process for incoming students, helping to shape the future of allied health education at Cedars-Sinai. Qualification
- Master’s Degree in applicable field required. Doctoral Degree in applicable field preferred.
- 5 years of Clinical and / or technical experience in hospital setting.
- 3 years Teaching, precepting and / or mentoring experience.
