Position Overview:
As the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Cedarvale Commons, you will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, cultivating referral relationships, and promoting the center's services to the community. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, guiding them through the transition to our facility with empathy and clarity. Your leadership will also drive outreach, branding, and communication strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Cedarvale Commons.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire admissions process from inquiry through move-in, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for residents and families.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources to drive census development.
Coordinate tours and presentations for potential residents, families, and community partners.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the facility’s services and maintain a strong presence in the community.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate and timely completion of admissions documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available beds and coordinate with clinical staff for admissions readiness.
Track and analyze referral data, admission trends, and market feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and professional networking functions.
Manage the facility’s online presence and ensure marketing materials are current and aligned with brand standards.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and privacy guidelines during the admissions process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in admissions, marketing, or business development within a healthcare or long-term care setting required.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work with diverse individuals including residents, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
