BASIC FUNCTION (the primary purpose of this position):

Responsible for keeping the building clean and in good working order by performing routine cleaning tasks, minor repairs, and general upkeep.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window cleaning, light bulb replacements, minor plumbing fixes, basic electrical maintenance and additional cleaning or maintenance tasks that may arise, while adhering to the safety protocols and ensuring the facility remains in a clean and functional state.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (objective educational or technical training required; skills; and years of experience):

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• OR Driver's License in good standing.
• Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies.
• Pervious work experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accomplish work tasks by a given deadline.
• Ability to compose short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and other employees of the organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed

Ability to work weekends, holidays and evening hours as business demands. While performing duties of this position, employee is required to stand, walk and/or sit for extended periods, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
