You will be responsible for taking and expediting orders, preparing coffee drinks, serving items from the pastry case, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Additionally, you will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to handle stress effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy work environment. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in food service or hospitality, is preferred but not required. You must also have a valid food handler's card and OLCC service permit.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
