Seeking a Timbers Café Supervisor:
What Would You Do?
Your main day-to-day duties will be to:
- Support staff and help with cashiering, serving, bussing, working as a barista and stocking.
- Step in to help manage guest issues.
- Figure out what needs to be prioritized and direct and delegate tasks to staff to keep operations flowing smoothly.
- Build team spirit and morale.
Additionally, the supervisor will:
- Train staff and track trainings.
- Assist in ordering for the Timbers Café.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Timbers Café is a high volume and fast paced venue.
- Do you feel confident working in high demand situations?
- Do you have experience with the tasks above?
- Can you give people difficult to hear answers while upholding their dignity?
Then you're the right fit for the job!
We're specifically looking for:
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
- Previous experience cashiering and using a POS (point of sale) system.
- Previous Food and Beverage experience.
- Barista experience a plus.
