Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Trial Manager. The Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical trials, managing clinical operations, ensuring protocol compliance, and conducting research to support trial objectives.
Qualifications:
- Trial Management and Clinical Operations skills
- Has helped run a clinical trial before
- Has experience in eCRFs, protocol implementation, maintaining clinicaltrails.gov records
- Ability to communicate with hospitals regarding Training, Site Initiation Meetings, Follow-up meetings
- Understanding of pre-clinical studies and their implementation using IACUC and procedural protocols
- Research skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
