- Support senior researchers and lab personnel in daily tasks as needed
- Associate degree in Chemistry or Biology
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting (academic or industry)
- Familiarity with basic lab techniques, lab supplies, and sample preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, taking on multiple roles as needed
