Duties and Responsibilities:
- Laboratory Skills: Experience in conducting laboratory tests and experiments, maintaining sterile conditions, and analyzing data
- Quality Control: Knowledge and understanding of quality control measures, protocols, and standards in a laboratory setting
- Laboratory Equipment: Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments
- Microbiology: Good knowledge and understanding of microbiology theories, techniques, and analytical procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Familiarity with quality assurance practices and procedures in a laboratory environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in an agricultural laboratory
- Prior experience in a laboratory or research setting is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Effective communication and documentation skills
