Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Scientist at Client in Boston, MA. The Product Development Scientist will be responsible for unraveling complex 3D transcription and translation patterns within native biological tissue, contributing to the development of Pyxa™ suite of products.
Responsibilities:
· Developing and optimizing assay and consumables/reagent/kit for our cutting-edge PyxaTM suite of products.
· Communication with both industrial and academic customers and collaborators to provide best-in-class products.
· Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or Cell and Molecular Biology with minimum 3 years of product development experience.
· Successful delivery of a product to the market previously.
· Strong molecular biology and cell biology foundation.
· Strong experiences in histology and cancer biology.
· Hands-on experience with instrumentation, assays, and analysis software.
· Team player who can effectively integrate internal and field-based activities across functions to support customer requirements.
· Must be a self-starter and able to learn new technology quickly.
· Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
· Experience with RNA-FISH or immunostaining/IHC is required.
· Being able to work onsite fulltime.

- Getting key feedback from internal marketing and technical teams on user adoption to optimize the products.
· Communication with both industrial and academic customers and collaborators to provide best-in-class products.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management
