Position Overview

As a member of our selective interior demolition team, you’ll perform tasks such as:

• Demolition: Removing walls, ceilings, and flooring.
• Concrete Work: Cutting, breaking, and hauling away materials.
• Equipment Operation: Using power tools, cutting torches, concrete saws, and other equipment.
• Deconstruction and Cleanup: Shoveling, digging, and general site preparation.

What to Expect

• Work in varied weather conditions—rain or shine.
• Operate a range of tools and machinery.
• Travel may be required to job sites across the Midwest, though most work is based in Nebraska.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Experience with tools and equipment—we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years of experience in a construction environment preferred ( if experience is not met please see General laborer positions)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Knowledge of general construction labor duties preferred
• Knowledge of hand tools such as shovels, saws, etc. preferred but not required
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work with power tools including but not limited to sawing, drilling, etc. preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and procedure manuals
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Physical (background check) DOT physical and DOT drug test required for drivers.

HOTEL AND PER DIEM PAID FOR OVERNIGHT TRAVEL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
