As a Verizon Representative, you will:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the best Verizon products.
• Drive sales by promoting Verizon’s latest devices and plans.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on sales success alongside other Verizon Representatives.
• Receive ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your sales skills.
• Stay up to date on Verizon’s latest promotions and product offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn bonuses and incentives.
• Assist with troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism and enthusiasm by attending weekly meetings with the Verizon Representative team.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in a Customer Service or sales-related position is recommended, but not a requirement
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required for eligibility.
• Must be able to commute to our office location daily - this is an on-site role
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic understanding of wireless devices, plans, and Verizon services.
