The Inventory Accountant serves as a support person to the Controller and Accounting team. This individual will be cross trained and gain exposure to many functions including AP, AR, Credit/Collections, Sales Programs and inventory administration.

Position Overview:
The Inventory Accountant serves as a support person to the Controller and Accounting team. This individual will be cross trained and gain exposure to many functions including AP, AR, Credit/Collections, Sales Programs and inventory administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales journals and invoices, ensuring accuracy and correcting billing issues.
- Provide invoices to dealers and ensure proper billing for WI.
- Create new bin locations, adjust inventory, and perform weekly site audits.
- Assist with month-end inventory reconciliation and annual inventory preparation.
- Issue credit/debit memos and manage serialized unit transfers between dealers.
- Process purchase orders, Drop Ship invoices, and reconcile Woods equipment.
- Issue quarterly volume bonus credits/debits via SAP.
- 1-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP or CRM software is a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
- Okay to work in Wendell, NC.
